Crické Fusilli are our signature traditional Italian pasta, enriched with 15% cricket flour. As Italians, we know how important this staple is to our diet, so we did not want to compromise on taste, texture, or quality of the product. We can proudly state that our Fusilli have the same delicious taste and texture as any regular Italian pasta, only ours have considerably lower carbs and significantly higher protein.
Cricket flour has essential nutrients that are needed in order for your body to function properly, such as Omega 3 and 6, and B12. It also has very high levels of fibre, calcium, and iron (4 times more than spinach!). On top of all that, the flour used in our Fusilli pasta adds 20% protein to each serving of it, essentially making our pasta a superfood in itself!
Once again, we know how important pasta is in a Mediterranean diet, so we wanted to make sure the taste provided an excellent base for any kind of sauce. Enjoy it with tomato, pesto, Bolognese, or anything else you may like – even just olive oil!
